Introduction

A tasty treat for everyone. Can be served alone, over rice or in a tortilla as a fajita! A tasty treat for everyone. Can be served alone, over rice or in a tortilla as a fajita!

Ingredients

    1 four oz. chicken breast, diced into bite size pieces
    3/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
    3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 cup white onion, diced
    1/4 cup cilantro, chopped fine
    2 tbsp canola oil
    1-2 wedges of lime
    Black pepper to taste
    Salt to taste

Directions

Dice chicken, green peppers, red peppers and onion into bite size pieces. Chop cilantro fine. Place canola oil in large skillet on medium heat. Pour in chicken and veggies. Season with black pepper, salt and even ground red pepper for extra spicyness. Cook until chicken in thoroughly done. Squirt lime over all ingredients and serve.
