Ingredients

    .75 cup Cabot Low Fat Greek Yogurt Plain
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    2 tsp Onion powder
    1 tbsp Chives, dried
    0.50 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
    .5 cup Whole Buttermilk
    .25-.50 cup Water

Tips

Could decrease fat content with low-fat buttermilk. In addition, could substitute dried garlic and herbs for fresh garlic and herbs.


Directions

Shake all ingredients in a pint mason jar until combined. Add water to top jar neck, cover and shake again vigorously. Allow flavors to blend for at least 2 hours before first serving. Store in fridge with a tight fitting lid and dressing will keep for 3 days.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings of 2 Tbsp
