Ingredients

You'll need 3/4 a cup of Pineapple juice, 1.5 cups of frozen sliced peaches, .5 a cup of soy milk or vanilla milk. If you use plain soy milk, you'll need to add the 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Directions

Blend pineapple juice & peaches at low speed until the peaches are finely chopped. Increase the speed to high and with the motor running, pour the soy milk (and vanilla if using) into the blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a chilled glass and drink right away!

    Incredible!
This smoothie turned out great. I had second thoughts about making this smoothie because I didn't have soy milk, I used 2% Milk and it still turned out fantastic. - 2/20/13

    Good
This was good, but so thick I had to add additional juice and vanilla soy milk to make it "drinkable". It wasn't quite sweet enough for my tastes, but my frozen peaches are not very sweet. Thanks...I will make again and just add additional liquids. - 1/11/08
