Ingredients

    500g Albert Heijn Lean Minced Beef
    0.5 Med Red Bell Pepper - chopped
    0.5 Med Green Bell Pepper - chopped
    3 Celery stalks - chopped
    400g Chopped Tomatoes - tinned
    68g Tomato Puree
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    2 Knorr Beef Stock Cubes
    5g Oregano - fresh
    tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    75g Spelt Penne Pasta
    2 Garlic Cloves
    1.5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 Medium Red Onion - chopped

Directions

Fry the onion in a little olive or coconut oil until translucent. Then add the minced beef to brown it. Next add the worcestershire sauce, peppers, celery, garlic, tinned chopped tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper, stock cubes dissolved in 400 ml water. Cook for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile place the spelt pasta in a pan, add boiling water and a little salt to taste. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 20 minutes until the pasta is soft. Serve the pasta and Bolognese sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
