    1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    0.25 cup Red Mill Finely Ground Almond Meal/Flour

Directions

Grease Mug, mix almond meal cocoa, coconut oil and egg. Add pinch baking powder and mix well.
