Ingredients

    0.25 stick Butter, unsalted
    0.5 fl oz Lemon Juice
    4.0 clove Garlic
    3.0 tbsp Parsley
    1.0 fl oz White Wine
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    16.0 oz Shrimp, raw, large, peeled, deveined - 1 lb
    1.0 tsp Salt, Kosher
    0.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

Mix 2 garlic cloves grated, salt & 1 T olive oil in baggy. Add shrimp. Refrigerate for 1 hr. Heat remaining 1 T oil over medium heat & cook shrimp & marinade for about 2 minutes. Shrimp should still be pink and undercooked. Do not overcook, do not brown. Transfer to plate, leaving as much oil as possible in pan. Slice other 2 garlic cloves & add to oil along with red pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute. Add wine & lemon juice, stir occasionally until mixture is reduced in half. Add butter. Once butter is melted and sauce thickens, about 5 minutes, add back shrimp. Cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serving Size: 4
