Ingredients

    2 cans Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) drained
    2 cups Fresh Arugula (substitute with Spinach)
    1 Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon and zest
    1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp. Tahini (or substitute with 1 Tbsp sesame seeds)
    Optional: Garlic powder, Salt and Pepper

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until fine.
2. Serve with cut vegetables, crackers or pita bread.
3. Eat and Enjoy!
