Ingredients

    16 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops
    8 tbsp Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    0.5 tsp Paprika
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    0.5 tsp Chili powder
    3 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    2 cup Brown Rice - Success - Whole Grain Bown Rice
    2 cup Peas, frozen
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Coat pork with ranch dressing and spices. Fry in olive oil 3 minutes per side. Remove from pan and add onions/garlic cooking until soft. Mix leftover meat coating to broth and add broth and rice. When boiling, add meat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add peas and simmer 10 more minutes.

Serving Size: 1 chop with 3/4 cup rice
