Ingredients

    1.0 piece (1/8 of 9" crust) Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
    1.0 cup Granulated Sugar
    9.0 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    0.5 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    1.0 cup Light Corn Syrup
    0.75 tsp Vanilla Extract
    5.33 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp
    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Pecans

Directions

Pour pecans into bottom of frozen pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over the top. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes, cover pie with foil and cook additional 30 minutes. If after 30 minutes pie is jiggly re-cover and continue cooking until pie is set.
