Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup PB2 Pure peanut powder
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari, low sodium
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    4 dates, deglet noor pitted
    2 cloves garlic
    3 tsp. ginger root
    1/2 tsp. sriracha
    1/4 tsp. xanthan gum

Tips

Great as a dipping sauce for air fried veggies. If you don't have xanthan gum (thickener) sauce will be thin.

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and process until fully blended. Enjoy!
