Ingredients

13 oz Butterball Turkey Polska Kielbasa
1 large Onions, raw
1.25 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tsp Garlic - minced - Spiceworld (by SFRENCH81)
3 cup, cubes Sweet potato
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, black
1 tbsp Italian Spice (by SLIDOG)
Tips
Dice sweet potato in 1/2 inch cubes. (Sometimes I have to cook this an extra 6 to 8 minutes to get the sweet potatoes cooked- you may want to briefly microwave them first). Larger pieces of sweet potato will not cook completely before other veggies are overcooked. Feel free to add sliced carrots, asparagus, or other veggie faves. Best if is in single layer on a BIG baking sheet or 2 smaller ones.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix all ingredients together, spread over baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes, turning midway through cook.
