Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 bunch Broccoli, fresh
    2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
15 oz Shrimp, cooked/or raw ( tails removed)
    5 tsp Coconut Aminos
    0.50 tsp Chili Garlic Paste
    1.50 Tbsp honey, organic
1 cup Basmati Rice, dry (cook according to pkg)

Tips

Delicious!

Directions

Cook rice, while preparing the shrimp.

Mix together the honey, ginger, chili garlic paste, and coconut aminos. Toss the cooked (or raw) shrimp into the mixture, and set it aside.

Toast the sesame seeds - keep an eye on them - they toast quickly (within a minute or so).

Spray a fry pan and toss in the shrimp mixture. Stir fry until heated through, or pink (if using raw shrimp).

Serve over a bed of rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Broccoli and cauliflower pair nicely w/this dish.

Bon appetite!
