Ingredients

    1 quart milk
    3 cups sugar
    juice of 3 lemons
    1 can evaporated milk (13 oz size)
    1 cup whipping cream or 2 cups half and half
    1 package frozen strawberries (thawed) or 2 quarts fresh strawberries crushed
    1 small can pineapple
    1 banana mashed

Directions

dissolve sugar in milk. add lemon juice, evaporated milk, and cream (half and half.)

add strawberries, pineapple, and banana.

place in ice cream freezer and freeze. serve immediately or freeze for later.

makes 32 1/2 cup servings
