Love fruit salads of all kinds. Wanted to try this classic: apples, pears, strawberries, & bananas. Love fruit salads of all kinds. Wanted to try this classic: apples, pears, strawberries, & bananas.

Ingredients

    352 grams Apples, fresh with skin

    168 grams Pears, fresh

    152 grams Banana, fresh

    126 grams Strawberries, fresh

    .5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon

Tips

All weights are after coring & peeling.


Directions

Core the apples & pears. Slice into 1/4" thick (give or take) slices & them halve the slices. Slice a banana into 1/4" thick pieces and add to the mix. Then add 1/4" sliced strawberries. Top with fresh squeezed lemon juice for 1/2 of a small lemon.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings at 1/2 cup each
