Ingredients

    24 chicken thigh
    1 Bottle VH Pad Thai Sauce
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1 Red bell pepper
    1/2 large Onion
    1 Package Rice Noodles
    3 cup Pineapple, canned
    6 tsp Lime Juice

Directions

Cook thighs, remove bone and skin. Cook noodles. Saute onion and peppers. Add chicken, pineapple and sauce. Mix in noodles and lime juice. Serve with fresh limes, cilantro, green onion and crushed peanuts or cashews. (Not included in nutrition)
