Ingredients

    Salad
    1 3/4 cup fresh Asparagus, sliced
    2 cup fresh cauliflower rice
    1 cup fresh Snow Peas, sliced lengthwise into strips (scissors are great for this)
    4 Green Onion, chopped
    1/3 cup sliced Radishes (about 3)

    Dressing
    3 tbsp Lemon juice
    2 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    2 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley
    1 Tbs. chopped fresh mint
    3 tbsp Avocado Oil
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
    Pepper to taste

Tips

This can also be used as a main salad for people on certain types of health cleanses such as lymph and liver cleanses.


Directions

Mix together the salad ingredients in a bowl.

Make dressing in a shaker container, pour over salad. Let sit at room temp for 1 hour before serving.
