Ingredients

    26 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean

    12 oz Ground Pork

    124 grams Onions, raw

    1.4 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower

    1 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)

    12 grams Garlic

    .5 tsp Pepper, black

    2 tsp Thyme, fresh

    0.25 cup Diamond Quick cooking rolled oats (by LUVFASHION)

    .25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Place into a microwave baking dish in a loaf shape. Cook in microwave for abt 15 mins.
