Ingredients

    1 lb dried Navy Beans, sorted and rinsed
    1/2 of a Jenny-o Turkey Ham, cubed
    1/2 a large Onions, chopped
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 15 oz can no salt added Diced Tomatoes
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tsp Cumin seed
    2 tsp Oregano, ground
    8 cups unsalted Beef Broth

Directions

Bring the beans to a boil. Cover, removed from heat and let sit for an hour. Drain. Saute the onion and garlic til tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Cook until beans are tender, adjusting seasonings to taste.
