Ingredients

    4 Pork Loin Chops, Bone-in
    1 tsp CattleBoyz Big Country Garlic Seasoning
    1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 425F.
2. Spray each pork chop with Cooking Spray (both sides).
3. Sprinkle pepper and seasoning over pork chops.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
