Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    3/4 c sugar

    1/2 c flour
    1 tsp melted butter

    1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp grated lemon/ orange peel
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Makes 3 dozen. Bake at 325 for 12 to 15 min.

2 eggs
Beat 1/8 teaspoon salt (until foamy)
3/4 c sugar (until thick ivory color 5-7min)

Fold in 1/2 c flour
1 tsp melted butter

Stir in 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp grated lemon/ orange peel
1 tsp vanilla

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased and floured cookie sheets. Bake, cool 1 min, remove from cookie sheets.
