Ingredients

    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    2 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
    1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Tips

I don't use sugar in the crepe - then it can be used for savory as well as sweet dishes. If you want the crepe to be sweet, you can add some sugar or other sweetener to the recipe.


Directions

Mix ingredients until smooth. Add 1/2 t salt. Pour a ladle-full onto a pre-heated pan (I use a cast-iron frying pan - needs extra butter for frying the first one, then the rest don't need extra fat.) Tilt pan to spread batter around the whole pan. Flip when the top is not liquid anymore and it's not hard to remove from pan. Cook till slightly browned on other side.
