    3.0 large Egg white, fresh
    1.0 tsp Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
    0.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt

Directions

1) Mix all ingredients in a bowl and blend into a dough 2) Place bowl in the freezer for 15 mins to firm up 3) Preheat oven to 170c 4) Roll 23.5g balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet 5) Press down on the balls to make biscuit shapes 6) Bake for 20 mins until golden brown Serving Size: Makes 20 x 23.5g biscuits
