Introduction

A spicy more meal like version of the fish taco.
Takes only a few minutes to set up and fun to make & eat!

Ingredients

    4 tilapia filetts
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 cup water
    chopped lettuce (as much of any type as you like)
    2-3 cups diced tomatoes
    4 Diced or sliced fresh jalapenos
    1 avocado, sliced
    5 (8in) flour tortillas

Directions

Put fish into a fry pan coated with some cooking spray. As fish becomes flakey, add the taco seasoning with thte 1/2 cup of water to help it coat the fish.
When compleatly cooked remove from heat and add Cayenne pepper.
With your lettuce, tomatoes, jalpenos, and avocados at hand, you can grab a tortilla and build a Fish Burrito!
(add shredded cheeses & sour cream to really make this great, but it doubles the calories!)
Makes 5.
