Ingredients

    16 oz Jimmy Dean Sausage - Regular (by ZEROFEELINGS)
    20 oz Ground Turkey - 93/7 Honeysuckle White
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    3 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    2 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    6 oz Ronzoni oven ready lasagna noodle (by KINDAKRUNCHY)
    3 cup cottage cheese Viva 2% Lowfat
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4.5 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Directions

Cook ground turkey, sausage, and minced garlic until no longer pink. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 45 minutes. Mix cottage cheese and beaten eggs together, set aside. Cover bottom of a lasagna pan with noodles. Spread 1/2 cottage cheese mix over noodles. Top with 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese. Cover with 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated patmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add remaining mozzarella and bake until cheese has melted and is starting to brown.
