Introduction

A good for you snack on a hot day. Thick and spoonable, I used my store brand of frozen mixed fruit and added a cup of silk plain soymilk for it's texture. A good for you snack on a hot day. Ingredients

    A serving of frozen fruit is 3/4 cup, I used:
    1 1/2 cups frozen fruit
    1 cup plain Silk soymilk

Directions

In a blender combine the still frozen fruit and the soy milk - blend until the fruit is pureed and blended with the soymilk. Makes one large glass of smoothie that I need a spoon to eat. To make it thinner reduce the fruit by a 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Enjoy without guilt.
