Ingredients

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
4 green chillies
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp black cumin seeds
1/2 tsp white cumin seeds
juice of two lemons
2 chopped onions
2 (peeled) chopped tomatoes
3 curry leaves
3 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
salt as required
3 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Directions
1. Marinate chicken with juice of 1 lemon & 1 tsp garlic paste.
2. Heat oil.
3. Remove seeds from 2 chillies and lightly fry in oil, set aside.
4. Add to oil, curry leaves, cumin seeds, cook for two minutes.
5. Add remaining spices, garlic, ginger, onions, little water and cook 3 to 4 minutes (make sure not to burn).
6. Add chicken and fry till brown.
7. Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes on high flame.
8. Cover and cook till almost tender (10-12 min.)
9. Add fried green chillies, coriander leaves, juice of remaining lemon and simmer for 5-6 min.
10. Garnish with ginger juliennes, chili peppers and lemons.
11. Serve hot.
