Introduction

This is low fat and great with almost anything! This is low fat and great with almost anything!

Ingredients

    1 can artichokes in water
    2 garlic cloves
    1 /2 lemon, seeds and skin removed
    3 tablespoons of olive oil
    Red Pepper Flakes (optional) - I like to use these for an extra kick.

Directions

Drain the water
add all ingredients except for 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a food processor and process until desired consistency.
Place in a small bowl and add remaining olive oil on top
