Ingredients

    2 cups jicama, juilenned
    2 cups cabbage slaw mix
    1 medium carrot, juilenned
    3 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tbsp agave
    1-1/2 tbsp evoo
    2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
    pinch of red pepper flakes
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, Combine all ingredients and sit in the refrigerator until serving.
