Introduction

Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Cocoa Powder,Unsweetened
    0.5 tsp kosher salt
    4 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
    0.5 cup Almond Meal/Flour
    0.5 cup coconut flour
    1.5 fl oz Buttermilk, lowfat
    2 Large Eggs
    4 Ounces Ghiardelli 60% Cacao Dark Chocolate
    0.5 stick Butter, salted

Directions

1.Combine Baking Powder, Soda, Cocoa Powder, Brown Sugar and Both flours in bowl with fork until well combined.
2. Add Buttermilk and Eggs, mix until just combined.
3.While mixing gently melt chocolate and butter(seperately) in either a microwave on low power or over a double boiler.
4.After both are melted, using a rubber spatula combine into the rest of the batter, it should be fairly thick still at this point.
5.Add enough warm water, combining small amounts at a time, to mixture until it becomes more of a batter, being careful to not make it too thin.
6.Line a quarter sized baking sheet with parchment paper and grease lightly
7.Pour batter onto the line sheet and spread out to evenly coat.
8.Bake in oven, preheated to 375 degrees Farenheit for 35-40 minutes or until inserted toothpick removes cleanly, rotating halfway through cooking to avoid scorching.
