Ingredients

    .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup Flour, white
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 stick Butter, salted
    1.5 oz Walnuts
    10 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips
    1 cup Zucchini (Shredded) (by HEALTHYCHIC)

Tips

If you freeze the zucchini in the summer in 1 cup portions. When thawed, the zuchinni is very wet, which makes a nice moist cookie.


Directions

Cream butter and sugars, then add egg & vanilla, then add dry ingredients. Next, add nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
