    Very Good
Thanks for the quick and easy idea. I had bought these sweet potatoes knowing I wanted to try different vegetables (in the hopes I could land at least one my kids would like) and you gave me a very easy way to prepare them for my first time out! - 2/3/10

    Incredible!
They are a nice alternative to french fries. I actually think I like them better. Since I made enough for the whole family, it did take a little long to make. Although, it was well worth it. - 11/18/09

I love baked sweet potatoes and also buy frozen sweet potato fries at Costco. Layer on a baking sheet, spray with Pam and bake for 20 minutes or so. Yum Yum - 3/23/09
