Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    3 cup La Famiglia Del Grosso Roasted Garlic Gala Pasta Sauce (by TRIEDNTRU)
    4 cup, cubes Eggplant, fresh
    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    16 serving Williams Original Chili Seasoning (no salt added) (by ANEWSUSAN)
    6 cup Beans, black
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Dice mushrooms and eggplant. Crumble ground beef into 6 quart pan. Add eggplant and mushrooms and chili seasoning. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup water. Simmer until all is cooked then add jar of pasta sauce and continue to simmer. I cooked the (dry) black beans separately and then added them while hot to the chili mixture, but you can use canned beans and add those sooner to simmer in the spices and sauce.

Serving Size: makes 8 2 cup servings
