Introduction

Ingredients



    * 1 1/4 pound 96% lean ground beef
    * 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    * 1/4 cup Non Fat Milk
    * 2 slices whole wheat bread
    * 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
    * 1 tbsp minced fresh thyme
    * 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
    * 1/2 tsp of dried minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    * 6 tbsp Ketchup - reserve to bake on top

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Tear up the 2 slices of bread into small pieces. Mix all ingredients (except ketchup) in a medium mixing bowl. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Put mixture into pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and pour Ketchup on top of meatloaf and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.

    Family liked it, which is wonderful! I added more spices such as oregano, basil, minced garlic, small onion and doubled amount for more flavor, plus it was quick to put together! It's a keeper! - 4/12/07
