Ingredients

    1 lb. Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken
    1 large Egg
    1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
    1/4 tsp Chicken seasoning spice
    1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt, or to taste
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper, or to taste
    1/2 to 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Tips

I usually start with 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese to coat the chicken pieces and add more as needed.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slightly beat the egg in a bowl large enough to dip your chicken tenders in. Add mayo, garlic salt, chicken seasoning, salt and black pepper and mix well. Separately sprinkle parmesan cheese in a plate, then dip chicken in egg mixture coating it well and press both sides of the chicken in the cheese. On a parchment lined baking sheet lay the chicken pieces so they are not touching each other. If they are too close or touching they donít bake evenly. Bake for 40 mins or until chicken is golden brown.

Serving Size: 6 to 8 servings depending on your chicken tender sizes.
