    1/2 cup buckwheat flour
    2 scoops Whey Protein
    1/4 cup coconut sugar
    1 tbsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 Egg
    1/3 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1/4 cup greek yogurt plain
    1 cup Almond Milk
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Tips

combine dry, add wet, incorporate, pour in dish, combine sugar + cinnamon sprinkle over batter, swirl into batter surface with knife or tooth pick, bake


Directions

350 degrees and grease an 8x8 pyrex or cake pan
bake 25-15 min before slicing
refrigerate in airtight container
