Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 head or equivalent of lettuce
12 oz shredded cheese
Small bag of tortillia chips - broken
2 tomotoes diced
16 oz Kidney Beans
8 oz Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1 tea Tabasco
Directions
Brown ground beef in pan.
In a Medium bowl add lettuce. tomatoes, chips and cheese.
Once the meat is brown, add the kidney beans with juice and the sauce, chilli powder and Tabasco.
Simmer for 10 minutes and add to the bowl - stir and serve.
