Introduction

This is a very easy recipe for French toast. It's also very good! This is for 2-3 pieces of bread. If you want more, just double/triple/etc the recipe!

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Soy/Rice/any non-dairy Yogurt (if it is plain you can add vanilla for flavor)
    1 tbsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Allspice
    1 tsp Ground Nutmeg (better if freshly ground)
    1 tsp of whatever other spices you would like
    Oil to keep the bread from sticking to the plan
    2 pieces of whole wheat bread

Directions

Warm frying pan on medium-high heat and oil.

Add all of the ingredients together in a shallow bowl that is low enough so that one can easily dip the bread in it.

Dip bread in mixture and when the pan is hot enough, fry for a minute or two and then flip.

Enjoy with maple syrup, fruit, agave nectar, jam....
