Ingredients

    6 tsp A Taste of Thai - Red Curry Paste (by LISAG418)
    1 cup Cauliflower, raw
    1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
    1 cup Green Beans (snap)
    3 clove Garlic
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
    .75 cup Basmati Rice, Mahatma(1/4 c dry, 3/4 c prep)

Directions

Cook carrots, cauliflower and beans until tender crisp. In a small frying pan, brown garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste. Reheat before serving.
