Introduction

Tons of veggies not much fat. Tons of veggies not much fat.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 stalks Celery
    3 batches Green Onions
    2 Bell Peppers
    1 head Cabbage
    4 cups Water
    2 cans Green Beans
    2 (28oz) cans Diced Tomatoes
    1T Salt
    1T Pepper
    2T Chicken Bouillon
    1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

- Chop all vegetables to desired size.
- Drain water from cans of green beans and tomatoes in a large pot and set aside vegetables.
- Boil celery, onions, pepper and cabbage in water from cans and additional 4 cups of water.
- Once all vegetables are at desired tenderness add green beans, tomatoes, salt, pepper, bouillon and worcestershire sauce.
- Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
