    0.33 cup Butter, salted
    8 oz Cream Cheese
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.50 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.50 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    0.50 cup Granulated Sugar
    10 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g
    0.50 cup Domino's Confectioners Sugar 10X Powered Pure Cane Sugar
    1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
    2 can (21 oz) Pie fillings, canned, apple


Preheat overn to 400. Mix pie filling, 1 tsp cinnmon and nutmeg in bowl. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/4 teasp. cinnamon in a separate bowl till whipped and smooth. Stir apple pie filling mixture into cream cheese mixture. Spoon apple-cream cheese mixture into each tortilla; roll tortilla around the filling. Arrange the rolled tortillas, seam-side down, in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix whie sugar, brown sugar, water, butter, cornstarch and vanilla in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer , stirring constanly until sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Spread sauce over rolled tortillas. Bake on the top rack until enchiladas are bubbling - about 50 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes ten tortillas
