Ingredients

4.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
3.0 tbsp Red Mill Coconut Flour
1.0 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt
0.67 tbsp Xanthan Gum
0.67 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
15.0 Grams Water, tap
Directions
1) Mix dry ingredients in food processor.
2) Add vinegar, then egg, then water, mixing between each.
3) Kneed dough in plastic wrap for 2 minutes.
4) Rest in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
5) Make 8 balls. Roll out into 5 inch rounds.
6) Heat skillet to medium. Cook for 3 seconds, flip and cook for 30 seconds.
7) Wrap in kitchen cloth until ready to use.
