Ingredients

    2 orange roughy fillets,3 oz each 6 tbls extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp dried 1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions

Preheat oven to375* Line a small baking pan with Reynolds Release foil(no clean up). Place fish on pan not touching. Place 3 Tbls oil over each fillet. Sprinkle wiyh paprika and tarragon. Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes. Recipe can be doubled.

    This was delicious! I substituted thyme for tarragon, only because I didn't have any tarragon. I would absolutely make this again, and the low-carb makes it a great option for the next time I make dinner for my parents since my dad's diabetic. Thank you! - 5/30/10

  • I had this for dinner last night, did a few changes to it, baked it, topped it with olive oil, salmon rub, & lime juice. Served it with brown rice and brussel sprouts. Will do it again!! - 4/8/10

  • Yummy! Perfect mixture of spices and wonderful flavor! My picky 20 year old daughter ate all her fish (that never happens). I will definately use this recipe many times.
