Introduction

Ingredients

    About 50 1 oz meatballs made from 80/20 beef
    1 cup of uncooked brown rice
    5 carrots chopped
    1 cup Parsley chopped
    1 cup, chopped Onions
    1 cup, diced Celery,
    4 tsp Garlic (4-6 cloves)
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 package (10 oz) Spinach

Directions

Put everything but the spinach into the crockpot. Leave on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Half an hour before serving, add spinach or other greens Serving Size: 12 2 cup servings
