Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Coconut Flour
    2 large Egg,
    2 tbsp. water
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    2 dash Salt
    1 tbsp Butter or coconut oil for frying

    Makes 6 small pancakes

Directions

Add all ingredients except the oil and mix by hand till smooth.
pour in to oiled frying pan with small ladle.
Makes 6 small pancakes
