Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
    3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tbsp Basil
    .25 tsp Salt
    .25 dash Pepper, black
    12 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
    8 oz Chedder Cheese, medium, Tillamook
    2 tsp Cumin seed
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    4 clove Garlic
    .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

I make 2 casseroles when I make this adding more cayenne
also the cumin is not seed it is ground. add cumin and cayenne (to taste)
brown turkey, onions, and garlic
once browned add the worestershire cover and simmer for 20 min

while simmering
shred the cheese. chop the bell peppers, tomatoes and basil

after the 20 min combined all ingredints put in a 9x13 pan. cook at 350 for 20 to 30 min
