Introduction

My version of this salad includes chicken for protein. It's a main course this way. My version of this salad includes chicken for protein. It's a main course this way.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat
    1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw
    0.35 oz Walnuts
    1 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise
    0.33 serving Apple Slices - 1.5 cups or 1 apple
    10 grape, seedless Grapes

Tips

If you can use roasted chicken you buy in breasts already this will save the time needed to pick the chicken off the bird - around 15 minutes.


Directions

Chop everything into bite-sized pieces and combine.
(I use white and dark meat from the chicken.)
Serving Size: 1 cupish of chicken
