Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat
    1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw
    .33 serving Apple Slices - 1.5 cups or 1 apple
    .20 cup Grapes, Red or Green seedless 25 grapes
    .35 oz Walnuts
    1 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise

Tips

If you can use roasted chicken you buy in breasts already this will save the time needed to pick the chicken off the bird - around 15 minutes.
