Ingredients

-1 Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, defrosted
-1/2 cup Plain bread crumbs
-3 tsp Paprika
-1/2 tsp Sea Salt
-1/4 cup Egg Beaters Original
Directions
Mix bread crumbs, paprika, and sea salt in a medium bowl, and set aside.
In a large saucepan, heat about 1 cup of vegetable oil on medium.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces, about 1"x1"x1". Rinse, and dry. Put the chicken into a medium sized bowl and pour the Egg Beaters over them. Stir so the chicken is completely coated in Egg Beaters. Using a toothpick, transfer each piece of chicken into the bread crumb mix. Shake the bowl with chicken and bread crumbs, coating the chicken completely. Transfer the chicken pieces into the oil once it is hot, and let them fry for about 45 seconds. Using a strainer-spoon thingy, lift the fried chicken pieces out of the oil and onto a plate. Let cool for about 1 minute, and eat.
Makes about 4 6-piece servings.
