Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    6.0 serving Eggs - Hard Boiled Whites - 1 Large Egg
    1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    4.0 serving Sausage - Tennessee Pride Country Sausage 2oz
    6.0 bagel (3-1/2" dia) Bagels, plain
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Combine diced hard boiled egfs, mustard, mayonnaise, cooked pork, and cheese in bowl. Add 2 oz of mixture on top of bagel and cook in oven or toaster oven until browned. Micture can be saved in fridge up to 5 days.
