Introduction

Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    1.0 tsp Salt
    350.0 Grams Brussels sprouts, fresh
    200.0 Grams Carrots, raw
    5.0 clove Garlic
    250.0 Grams Parsnips
    2.0 serving PC Free From Original Smoked Sausages, 1 serving = one 75g Sausage

Directions

Dice up all the veggies and sausage. Add the minced garlic and butter. Toss and add to a greased pan and bake covered for 45-60 min. Remove cover or foil for last 15min to give vegetables nice golden brown colour. Alternatively you could fry on the stove. Serving Size: 2 Generous Portions
